Fashion for Good welcomes GORE-TEX Brand

Fashion for Good is excited to formally announce their partnership with Gore Fabrics Division known for the GORE-TEX Brand. As industry leaders in technology innovation, Gore Fabrics Division joining the global initiative demonstrates a shared commitment to cross-industry collaboration and to integrating disruptive innovation in the fashion supply chain.

Gore Fabrics Division is strongly committed to creating societal value and positive impact through sustainable, science based innovation. They officially partnered with Fashion for Good in early 2020 and are participating in their recently announced Renewable Carbon Textiles Project, together with Fashion for Good partners BESTSELLER, Norrøna and PVH Corp., as well as exploring pilot opportunities with innovators from the Fashion for Good Programmes.

In 2020, the Gore Fabrics Division presented its Sustainability Framework, and the recently released announcement of Gore’s new ePE membrane reaffirms the GORE-TEX brand’s ongoing commitment to responsible performance. Gore Fabrics defines the concept of Responsible Performance as applying the brand’s unique experience, science and capabilities on a continuous journey to unlock new levels of both performance and sustainability.

As an Affiliate Partner, Gore Fabrics Division will gain specialised scouting and screening support, as well as preferential access to market-ready innovations through Fashion for Good’s extensive network.
