Nico Pedretti appointed as Managing Director Graf Group

As of June 1, 2026, Nico Pedretti has assumed the role of Managing Director Graf Group. With more than 20 years of international industrial experience and extensive expertise in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Finance and Controlling, he brings a broad range of leadership and business experience to support Graf’s continued success.

After completing an apprenticeship as a construction draftsman and gaining first professional experience in construction management, Nico Pedretti earned a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain Management. Since joining the Rieter Group in 2007, he has held various leadership positions in Switzerland and abroad, including assignments in Germany and China. Most recently, he served as Head of Group Controlling.

In his new role, Nico Pedretti will focus on three key priorities:

  • Strengthening performance through efficient processes, global collaboration and consistent execution.
  • Shaping the future through sustainable growth and a clear strategic direction.

Nico Pedretti believes in a leadership culture built on trust, collaboration and accountability. With strong roots in Switzerland and a deep connection to Graf and Rieter, he is committed to further strengthening Graf’s competitiveness and driving the company’s future development together with employees, customers and partners.

Nico Pedretti combines international experience with a hands-on approach, strategic thinking with operational excellence, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Today, Nico Pedretti officially starts his new role as Head Business Unit Graf. We are delighted to welcome him and look forward to writing the next chapters of Graf’s success story together.
