Oerlikon shareholders approved all resolutions via the Independent Proxy

A total of 71.95% of share capital were represented at the 47. Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) via the authority that was granted by shareholders to the Independent Proxy, Proxy Voting Services GmbH. Shareholders did not attend the AGM in person in line with the ordinance from the Federal Council of Switzerland in the fight against the coronavirus.

Following the instructions given to the Independent Proxy, all resolutions were approved by a large majority, including the maximum aggregate total compensation of the Board for their term of office (AGM 2020 to AGM 2021), the maximum aggregate fixed compensation of the Executive Committee (EC) for the period July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 and the retrospective variable compensation of the EC for 2019, as well as the dividend payout of CHF 1.00 per share for 2019.

Prof. Dr. Michael Süss was reelected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mrs. Irina Matveeva was elected as a new member of the Board, while Paul Adams, Geoffery Merszei, Alexey V. Moskov, Gerhard Pegam and Dr. Suzanne Thoma were all reelected as members of the Board. Furthermore, shareholders approved the reelection of Prof. Dr. Michael Süss, Geoffery Merszei, Alexey V. Moskov, Gerhard Pegam und Dr. Suzanne Thoma as members of the Human Resource Committee. All elected Board members will serve a one-year term.

Barmag showcases pump solutions for demanding PU applications at PU China 2026

Barmag presents metering pump solutions at ASE China

From September 15 to 17, 2026, Barmag’s Pumps Division will present its solutions for the precise delivery and metering of adhesives, sealants, and other high-viscosity media at ASE China at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The focus of the exhibition will be on high-precision gear metering pumps that help plant managers sustainably optimize material usage, process stability, and product quality. (Booth E4235).

Trützschler to showcase innovations in spinning preparation and nonwovens at ITMA Asia 2026

From November 20 to 24, 2026, the Trützschler Group will present its latest fiber processing technologies at ITMA Asia in Shanghai, China. At Hall 5.1, Booth D20, the company will showcase solutions designed to increase productivity, simplify operations and improve efficiency across spinning preparation and nonwoven production. Key highlights include the automated can transport system T-CAN, the next-generation card TC 30, innovative card clothing solutions such as STEELTOP and SUPERFLOW, as well as advanced nonwoven technologies for hygiene, wipes and filtration applications.
