C&A Europe welcomes Carsten Horn as new Market Lead for Germany
Carsten brings more than 25 years of B2C experience in different consumer-facing industries, amongst them well-known brands such as NORDSEE, Tchibo, Cinemaxx and BLUME 2000. In these roles he has been a transformational leader, helping to bring traditional brands to state of the art. In his previous role as CEO and Managing Director at NORDSEE, Carsten oversaw multiple sales channels in a market composed of 350 restaurants in eleven European countries.
An omnichannel retail enthusiast with digital, marketing and sales background, Carsten will bring his knowledge of retail markets, his experience with innovation management and his consumer-centric approach to the Market Lead role, in order to enhance especially the point-of-sale experience and the “quality of stay” to C&A’s stores in Germany. Furthermore, his focus will be on breaking down the boundaries between off- and online towards a seamless, best-in[1]class omnichannel customer experience.
