Change in the managing board of DÜRKOPP ADLER

Mr Michael Kilian, former member of the Executive Board of Dürkopp Adler AG, has taken over the business from Mr Wolf-Markus Frank and will become part of the Managing Board from 01.01.2024.

He replaces Mr Wolf-Markus Frank, who is leaving the company at his own request.

Furthermore, Mr Min Zhang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ShangGong Group Co. Ltd, Shanghai, will join the Managing Board of Dürkopp Adler GmbH as Chairman from 01.01.2024.




Mr Yongwu Chen will move to Pfaff Industriesysteme und Maschinen GmbH and Sonotronic GmbH from 01.01.2024 to join the Managing Board of both companies.
