Launch of VEIT DIAMOND Fusing Machine Series at Texprocess 2013

VEIT-Group (Hall 6 Booth B10) is again taking part in this year’s Texprocess in Frankfurt (10 to 13 June 2013), which is the leading forum for the textiles industry. The technology leader for ironing and fusing technology with its three brands VEIT, Brisay and Kannegiesser is presenting its innovative developments on an area of about 600 m².

„We are setting standards with our new VEIT DIAMOND fusing machine series“, says Group President Günter Veit. „Taking fusing to the next level“ is the maxim in developing the VEIT DIAMOND fusing machine series. This motto combined with the extensive technological experience of the Kannegiesser brand have led to these machines being a top product both in technology and in physical appearance. This new generation of fusing machines achieves an as yet unmatched fusing quality. With the further improvement of temperature control and the new development of the pressure system with the groundbreaking COPRA compression roll (COnstant PRessure Appliance), the two fusing parameters temperature and pressure can be maintained at a constant level over the entire width of the machine.

The innovative Contactless Belt Control CBC eliminates belt edge wear and tear through contact-free belt detection. Easy touch-screen operating and a thoroughly conceived, easy-access service concept add to the perfect package.

„With the VEIT DIAMOND fusing machine, we combine our experience of many years with our strong innovative capabilities. I am proud to present this new development at the Texprocess. This technology will set new standards in fusing in the years to come“, Günter Veit points out.Further novelties of VEIT-Group are:

  • The new Multiform-Finisher VEIT 8363 with electric bust height adjustment for exact re-stretching while avoiding overstretching
  • The universal CR2 ironing surface with a pneumatically operated extendable egg-shaped front tip
