Techtextil 2015
Reimotec at TECHTEXTIL 2015 in Frankfurt

With Reimotec, users have an experienced and capable development partner at their side and can thus use the market leader’s sophisticated technology. Core component in every Reimotec line is the hot part composed of extruder and spin head. Beside the durable and high-quality extruders of the Reifenhäuser Group, Reimotec uses internally developed spin heads of optimum product quality for the desired end product.
The complex technology and its importance as innovative motor is the object of Reimotec’s participation in TECHTEXTIL 2015. A visit to the company’s booth is the perfect choice for those who want to get information on details, know-how and the multifaceted options offered by the broad range of systems provided by Reimotec. The pioneers in the industry inform on different applications, economic advantages and multiple new developments of special filament types in addition to a realisation of individual customer wishes. The presentation also includes a vast range of new solutions in the area of strapping tapes. With the patented twin-screw extruder Reimotec disposes of another unique selling proposition and hence a particular advantage in terms of profitability and efficiency.
The change from manual packing to automated packing came along also in China and Malaysia with the first lines installed there. The change requires tapes of high quality that cannot be produced on the extrusion lines locally used in the past. Reimotec products using technology “Made In Germany“ are demanded abroad, whether in the area of strapping tapes, new filament types, artifical grass or development of new products: Reimotec provides leading technology for everyapplication.
The same is true for the subsidiary company Reimotec Winding technology that covers the complete range of manual winding technology. Its latest development is a parallel winder which closes the gap between the existing manual systems and the fully automatic systems with winding speeds from 500 – 1000 m/min. This winder will be presented in more detail at PLAST MILAN concurrently held with Techtextil.
Latest information in respect of the Reifenhäuser Group is the just completed acquisition of Enka Tecnica. The company with locations in the Aachen region (North Rhine-Westphalia) and the Halle region (Saxony-Anhalt) has been a renowned supplier of die technology also to Reimotec for many years. Thus, the networked know-how within the company is further growing and provides clear customer benefits and additional synergies. Reimotec is looking forward to this intensified cooperation and invites visitors from the industry and media representatives to come and see them at their booth.
