CARPET WEAVING MACHINES: INNOVATION FOR SUPERIOR QUALITY

Vandewiele’s RCE2+ Rug and Carpet Expert integrate a fully digital weaving system technology, reducing waste and improving effi- ciency. It features Connect for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance, ensuring seamless production. The RCF Rug and Carpet Fastcreel Machine, with high-speed operation up to 250 rpm, incorporate ACES technology and an Energy Bus system, setting new benchmarks in energy efficiency and sustainability. For high-end, artistic carpet production, the HCE3+ Handlook Carpet Machine is equipped with U4 Jacquard technology, enabling intricate three-rapier weave structures that replicate traditional handmade carpets with unmatched precision.

VELVET WEAVING MACHINES: EXCELLENCE IN LUXURY TEXTILES

VANDEWIELE’s velvet weaving solutions remain some of the most advanced in the industry. The VSi22 and VSi32 models are designed for high-end velvet applications, including upholstery, curtains, and luxury apparel. Both models offer servo drive technology, which allows for fast changes in fabric quality and precise design adjustments, while the integrated ACES technology ensures energy savings. The VSi22, in particular, is perfect for plain and geometrically designed velvet, with a maximum weaving width of 3.45 meters. Meanwhile, the VSi32 allows for full design freedom, offering the ability to produce high-quality jacquard velvet fabrics for premium products.

Advanced BCF Extrusion: Sustainable Solutions for Yarn Production

VANDEWIELE’s BCF Extrusion systems represent the cutting edge of sustainable yarn production technology. The redesigned spin packs enable the fastest changeovers, while the new ergonomic Draw Frame inlet ensures optimal fiber handling. The SECO system allows for perfect color separation without pre- intermingling, ensuring superior yarn quality. The INCA system enhances energy efficiency by significantly reducing air consumption and ensuring a high level of knot regularity. By focusing on energy savings and reducing environmental impact, VANDEWIELE’s extrusion systems are designed to meet the growing demand for sustainable production in the textile industry.

BONAS Jacquard Machines: Excellence in Design and Performance

BONAS Jacquard machines are known for their ability to offer diverse and flexible weaving solutions. The Si Jacquard series will be highlighted as an energy-efficient option, offering hook capacities ranging from 2,304 to 31,104 hooks. Known for its durability, low power consumption, and outstanding weaving capabilities, the Si Jacquard is a perfect fit for high-volume weaving operations.

For manufacturers seeking advanced capabilities, the Ji Jacquard series, with hook capacities from 1,920 to 17,280, will be discussed as the ideal choice for intricate design flexibility. Additionally, the H3D Hybrid Jacquard is set to be featured, especially for 3D weaving and technical textile applications, offering adjustable height and precise control over multi-layered designs.

These Jacquard machines ensure maximum weaving flexibility and efficiency, allowing textile manufacturers to create intricate designs with consistency and reliability.
