CARPET WEAVING MACHINES: INNOVATION FOR SUPERIOR QUALITY

Vandewiele’s RCE2+ Rug and Carpet Expert integrate a fully digital weaving system technology, reducing waste and improving effi- ciency. It features Connect for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance, ensuring seamless production. The RCF Rug and Carpet Fastcreel Machine, with high-speed operation up to 250 rpm, incorporate ACES technology and an Energy Bus system, setting new benchmarks in energy efficiency and sustainability. For high-end, artistic carpet production, the HCE3+ Handlook Car- pet Machine is equipped with U4 Jacquard technology, enabling intricate three-rapier weave structures that replicate traditional handmade carpets with unmatched precision.

VELVET WEAVING MACHINES: EXCELLENCE IN LUXURY TEXTILES

The VSi-22, VSi-32, and VSi-42 models set new bench- marks for home textiles, upholstery, and technical fabrics. These machines integrate ACES technology for improved efficiency, fast color changes, and superior fabric quality.

TUFTED CARPET MACHINES: PRECISION IN EVERY STITCH

Vandewiele’s Myriad and Colortec machines are known for their high-quality tufting. The new High Speed Tuft (HST) machine delivers faster, more precise tufting with breakthrough production speeds, reducing production time and costs.

BONAS JACQUARDS: MEETING DIVERSE WEAVING NEEDS

Si Jacquards, Ji Jacquards, and the H3D hybrid jacquard cater to various weaving applications. These jacquards offer flexibility, high performance, and low power con- sumption, ideal for both high-speed weaving and com- plex, multi-layer applications.

IRO-ROJ GENERATION 4 YARN FEEDERS: SETTING A NEW STANDARD

The X4 Yarn Feeders set a new standard in weaving tech- nology, featuring an integrated accessory display for easy monitoring and adjustments. Available in three versions: TED (Tension Display) for replicable tension settings,

ATC (Active Tension Control) for automatic, self-regulat- ing yarn tension, and Quick Release for effortless brush ring or tensioner changes. The TED version ensures fast startup and consistent yarn tension, while ATC maintains stable tension for superior performance. This year, we will showcase the Luna X4, Chrono X4, Super ELF S3, Super ELF G2, Stella G2, and STAR G2 weft feeders, demonstrat- ing the next level in efficient, high-quality weaving tech- nology.

ADVANCED BCF EXTRUSION FOR SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION

Vandewiele’s BCF Extrusion solutions focus on energy savings and sustainability, with optimized systems for handling recycled materials and improved yarn quality.

BEJIMAC FINISHING SOLUTIONS: INNOVATION IN TEXTILE PROCESSING

The ATSH autonomous shearing machine improves precision and consistency in carpet finishing, while new singeing technologies reduce gas consumption.

TITAN SEWING MACHINES: SPEED, PRECISION, AND AUTOMATION

TITAN’s sewing machines redefine carpet finishing with high-speed performance and automation, such as the TITAN 5540 Fully Digital Carpet Robot, which enables automated carpet production.
