CO2-based Fuels and Chemicals Conference 2024 – Call for abstracts and posters
With a current capacity of over 1.3 million tonnes for CO2-based products and steadily growing demand, smart Carbon Capture and Utilisation (CCU) technologies are helping to establish CO2 as a renewable carbon feedstock. Innovative technologies and materials are crucial to meet the increasing demand for fossil-free carbon, e.g. derived from CO? or biomass, especially in the chemical and fuel sector.
New and leading players demonstrate novel and improved applications based on the use of CO2 as feedstock. Main topics of the conference are innovation, strategy & policy in CCU, carbon capture technologies and green hydrogen production, power-to-x for fuels (transportation and aviation), CO2-based chemicals, materials and polymers as well as mineralisation and advanced technologies and research for CCU such as artificial photosynthesis.
The CO2-based Fuels and Chemicals Conference is one of the most established worldwide and has developed into a unique meeting and networking place for the entire Carbon Capture and Utilisation (CCU) and Power-to-X industry and its customers. The upcoming 12th edition will take place on 17-18 April 2024, Cologne, Germany as a hybrid event. As the previous ones, this event will continue with its success and will showcase again the newest and most important developments in the fast-growing field of CO2 capture and utilisation.
