TEMAFA ON THE ATME-I 2004
On the ATME-I 2004, you will find TEMAFA in hall D, booth no. 2335, directly opposite to Dilo System Group. This will be the first time for us to present our Baltromix system at a trade fair in the USA.
The weighing hopper feeder represents a module out of our Baltromix system beeing used in the field of fiber preparation for nonwoven fabrics. The discontinuous weighing technique offers a throughput capacity of up to 1000 kg/h per one single machine. A growing number of Baltromix systems is placed in the increasing spunlace market.TEMAFA has already provided fibre blending systems for various lines in the Far East and in Israel.
This trend is now continuing in the USA. After the successful installation of a system with Green Bay Nonwovens, WI, there are now two other well-known manufacturers of nonwovens that have decided to use the TEMAFA fibre preparation for the hydroentanglement process.
In addition, another large manufacturer in Israel is currently investing in the Spunlace technology, installing a high-tech flexible system in the USA to enlarge the capacities in their hygienic products sector.
Back in April, Jacob Holm Industries signed the contracts for a new Spunlace nonwoven line to be installed in the USA. For fibre blending and fibre opening, JHI have decided to use TEMAFA´s special Baltromix system. This high-capacity system allows the customer to ensure precise fibre blending and an optimum opening of fibres for the end products.
