TEMAFA ITMA Preview

TEMAFA will show their latest development in fiber opening and weighing technology...
We will show our latest development in fiber opening and weighing technology. On the ITMA show in Milano 1995 we first introduced the BALTROMIX Weigh Hoppers working at a production capacity of 500kg/h per single machine. Not four years later in Paris we had re-designed the type and presented the system which then allowed a discontinuous dosing of 750kg/h of fiber material of one single machine.

Now that we reached ITMA 2003 we can show the newest development of this machine together with the updated control unit WEIGHT MASTER. One BALTROMIX single hopper feeder performs a throughput of up to 1000 kg/h in weighing mode by its integrated weigh pans. It is important to point the system«s accuracy of +/-1% at this increased capacity. In total we have supplied more than 240 machines to our customers.

Furthermore a single stage Fine Opener for the fiber preparation after bale opening and dosing is shown. With its improved capacity of up to 1000kg/h it perfectly fits into the system.

All machines will be shown it actionand visitors may convince themselves of the high capacity weighing performance demanded by modern cards of today. TEMAFA will provide and feed fibers to a SPINNBAU card on the booth of the DILO SYSTEM GROUP (DSG) vis-à-vis to the TEMAFA booth during the ITMA show.
Finally we present a High-speed web edge opener for thin felts of 17g/m2 and up. The machine smoothly re-opens edge trimmings consisting of fibers from 0.7dtex on with an especially constructed opener cylinder. By reclaiming the valuable fibers production costs can be reduced and raw material can be saved.

We look very confidentially into the future and hope to see you in Birmingham in Hall 4, Booth NW 4-5a/5b.
