Milliken Textiles unveils new space at Techtextil North America

The Textile Business at Milliken & Company announced a new, interactive booth space debuting at Techtextil North America from May 10-12, 2023. This space is the business’s first time showing its full breadth of textile expertise and business capabilities in one space.

"Traditionally, we’ve been focused on communicating the specific solutions Milliken offers to each market we serve depending on the focus of the show we’re attending. But the truth is, we’re better together, and our expertise in textiles across more than 12,000 products allows us to solve problems that people might not even know exist,” said Michael Eckert, director of brand and content for the Textile Business at Milliken. He adds, “Techtextil is the perfect place to show the full breadth of Milliken’s ability, know-how, and innovation that has been leading the textile industry for more than 150 years.

The new space is divided into four sections that align with Milliken's development specialties—comfort, protection, style, and performance. Designed specifically as an interactive, hands-on experience, visitors are encouraged to touch, feel, move, and explore the space based on what catches their eye and interest.

Two additional conversation points in the booth include sustainability and capabilities walls. The sustainability wall highlights the organization’s partnerships with Accelerating Circularity and Circ and achievements that position them as a sustainable manufacturer, including removing PFAS from its fibers and finishes portfolios and having its net-zero targets validated by the UN-backed Science Based Targets initiative.

Techtextil North America attendees are encouraged to stop by the Milliken booth (2331) during show hours.
