Green Label for AIRO®24 patented by Biancalani

AIRO®24 Biancalani © 2022 Biancalani
Happy to announce that AIRO®24 has been awarded with the Green Label after having successfully passed all the exams. AIRO®24, textile finishing machinery for continuous and open-width tumbling treatments, has proven to be sustainable and this certification is an important approval.

Biancalani's focus: They want to bring sustainable textile production to the next level.

ACIMIT, Association of Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers, has launched the "Sustainable Technologies" project, coordinated by RINA, an internationally recognized certification organisation, in an effort to develop and promote key sustainability issues for the textile industry.

The Green Label aims to identify the energy and environmental performances of textile machinery and makes them easily recognizable and comprehensible. During the tests done by RINA and ACIMIT, the machinery AIRO®24 was able to easily impress by its process efficiency of 95% and the energy & environmental performances.

The gold standard of the “Sustainable Technologies” project is the Green Label: a voluntary declaration by Italian textile machinery manufacturers designed to highlight the energy and/or environmental performance of a given machine, calculated in reference to a production cycle defined by the manufacturer for labelled machinery.

Thus textile producers using AIRO®24 experience both significant savings and benefits thanks to the mechanical action which ensures the softest hand and the desired volume of fabrics using less chemical products and to the final client satisfaction. In fact, AIRO®24 not only perfectly dries fabrics, but it significantly improves their quality.
