CHT Group introduces ARRISTAN 7220 for durable soft finishes on coloured and white textiles
Based on a modified aminosiloxane, ARRISTAN 7220 provides a particularly soft, flowing hand feel and is especially suited for pigment-printed textiles. The finishing agent combines softness with excellent resistance to yellowing, making it suitable for optically brightened white textiles as well as coloured fabrics.
In addition to improving the tactile properties of textiles, ARRISTAN 7220 enhances elasticity, shape retention and the overall premium appearance of finished articles. The product is compatible with optical brighteners, pigments and polymer systems, enabling flexible use across a wide range of textile finishing processes.
According to CHT, ARRISTAN 7220 is suitable for all fibre types and can be applied in apparel, home textiles and hosiery. The finish also offers high wash durability, helping to maintain softness and appearance over many laundering cycles.
The company further states that ARRISTAN 7220 complies with the requirements of established textile labels, supporting current sustainability expectations while combining performance, durability and broad application flexibility for modern textile finishing.
