Four days, countless discussions and a clear signal from the industry: the future of fashion is digital and AI-driven. At Texprocess 2026, Style3D | ASSYST demonstrated how AI, 3D and automation are already fundamentally transforming processes from design to production.

As an international provider of fashion technology, the company positioned itself as a driver of digital transformation within the industry.

Successful trade fair presence and industry outlook

“Our review of Texprocess 2026 shows that the exhibition was a complete success for us. We experienced a high level of openness towards innovation. AI, 3D, 2D and end-to-end digital processes up to production

Visitors to the Style3D | ASSYST booth were able to experience how integrated AI workflows enhance efficiency and creativity in design, product development and marketing. A key focus was on end-to-end digital process chains: from AI-supported design through 3D and 2D development to automated costing and precise cutting – both for large-scale production volumes (demonstrated with denim) and for flexible microfactory concepts for prototyping or small series.

Particular attention was given to live demonstrations together with cooperation partners Zünd Systemtechnik and Bullmer, showing how digital planning and automated cutting can be seamlessly integrated into industrial production processes – from data preparation to high-precision manufacturing.

Robotics as a new development step

A special highlight was the robotics segment: within Style3D, a new development area was introduced through Synreal.ai, focusing on physical AI and robotics training. The exhibition marked a kick-off for further expansion of robotic applications, particularly in training robots to handle complex materials such as textiles and in simulating real workflows involving these materials.

Innovation project: Alsico – digital workwear development for robotics

Another highlight at Texprocess 2026 was the collaboration with Alsico. The company is already developing protective clothing for robotics using Style3D. The workwear for humanoid robots presented at Texprocess was created entirely digitally in Style3D Studio within just a few days – contactless and without physical samples.

The Style3D | ASSYST presentations at the Texprocess Forum also attracted strong interest, demonstrating through practical examples how companies are already benefiting from an integrated AI and 3D ecosystem.
