On exhibition booth 81 in Hall A of the INDO INTERTEX 2014 (23 – 26 April 2014) in Jakarta, Rieter will be demonstrating its competence across the entire spinning process and presenting innovations for the 4 end spinning systems, fiber preparation and spinning preparation. Thanks to the support of the Rieter customer PLUMBON INTERNATIONAL TEXTIL PT (PT PINTEX), the new R 35 rotor spinning machine can be experienced in operation on the booth.

The know-how surrounding financing, spinning mill planning, application of the right technology elements, the choice of the right spinning process as well as many further factors is necessary in order to successfully operate a spinning company. All this expertise will be presented by Rieter at the exhibition.

The semi-automatic R 35 rotor spinning machine

The R 35 is the most economic alternative for the production of high-quality rotor yarns in the count range Ne 2 to Ne 40 meeting the latest technological advances. The new machine with up to 460 rotors stands for better yarn quality, higher production and, due to the improved AMIspin® technology, for superior piecing quality and accelerated machine start-up. It combines improved spinning and winding technology with very easy operation. Independent machine sides and simplified setting permit a high degree of flexibility. The new Q 10 yarn cleaner and the excellent winding system ensure high quality in the downstream process.
