The focus of the exhibition will be the MAX GLASS ECO, a reliable production machine for the extremely economical manufacture of standard non-crimps made of glass fibers. The articles are particularly in demand in the wind power industry. Interest on the market is correspondingly high. The multiaxial warp knitting machine was first presented at JEC World 2024 and quickly became a bestseller in the time that followed.

“Since the market launch, we have signed numerous contracts with various new and existing customers, including some major projects. Our original expectations for the sale of the machine have been clearly exceeded,” says Hagen Lotzmann, Vice President Sales at KARL MAYER Technische Textilien, with satisfaction. The main customers for the MAX GLASS ECO are in China and India.

Its sales success is based on an excellent price-performance ratio and flexibility. The newcomer with the 101” working width produces up to 410 m of fabric/h at a maximum speed of 1,800 min-1 and can be adapted to the requirements of different areas of application thanks to various optional functions.
