SSM successful on many shows

In the first four month SSM Schärer Schweiter Mettler AG attended eight exhibitions around the world. In Colombia, Bangladesh, Japan, Russia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Turkey and Pakistan SSM could convince the interested visitors about their solutions for yarn processing and winding.

The exhibitions in Colombia, Bangladesh, Russia, Indonesia and Pakistan took place on joint booths of the SSM representatives. During the shows, SSM met many existing, and also potential new customers that showed interest in their products. Thanks to the great effort and support of the SSM agents the exhibitions have been a great success.

For Japan Yarn Fair and Saigontex, SSM had their own booth with the kind support of their local representatives. There, the main focus was given to the high range of possibilities SSM customers could profit. With final packages, wound on SSM machines, as well as knitted textile samples the visitors could feel the difference.

The biggest appearance of SSM was at the ITM in Istanbul, where they combined the sample bobbins & textile (made on the TG30-ETC) with the winding and yarn process machines, such as DP5-T for creating slubs and neps, the XENO-AC for air covered yarns or the XENO winding and doubling machines including DIGICONE® 2 for higher dyeable package densities. Last but not least the PWX-MTC, SSM’s latest machine for rewinding of highly elastic yarns on muffs or hanks, had been showed.

Over all SSM had a successful appearance on the shows around the globe in the first four month and they are looking forward to the exhibitions to come, in order to serve the market with their latest and best solutions for the textile industry.

Barmag presents metering pump solutions at ASE China

From September 15 to 17, 2026, Barmag’s Pumps Division will present its solutions for the precise delivery and metering of adhesives, sealants, and other high-viscosity media at ASE China at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The focus of the exhibition will be on high-precision gear metering pumps that help plant managers sustainably optimize material usage, process stability, and product quality. (Booth E4235).

Trützschler’s latest spinning and card clothing innovations at CAITME 2026

From September 8 to 10, 2026, Trützschler will present its latest innovations in spinning and card clothing for state-of-the-art fiber processing at CAITME in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. BICO BCF yarn delivers impressive performance in field testing

In a joint development project with other partners, Barmag and Object Carpet have successfully tested BICO BCF yarn in the carpet manufacturing process. The results show that this innovative yarn technology offers significant performance advantages and opens up new possibilities for recycling-oriented carpet constructions.

Expansive innovations converge in Shanghai as Yarn Expo Autumn 2026 opens doors next week

With just days to go, industry enthusiasm is building for the opening of Yarn Expo Autumn, Asia’s premier yarn and fibre trade fair, running from 25 – 27 August at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). DOMOTEX Southeast Asia 2026 - Building the Gateway to ASEAN's fast-growing flooring market

From 11–13 November 2026, the inaugural DOMOTEX Southeast Asia will take place at BITEC (Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre) in Bangkok, Thailand.
