SANTEX Group terminates successful co-operation with SANTEX Project + Sale

As already mentioned on a number of occasions in the press and by way of a circular letter to their representatives, the SANTEX Group will terminate its successful co-operation with the active marketing and sales office, known under the name of SANTEX Project + Sales and located in Pfaffhausen / Zurich (Switzerland), as of December 31, 2006. The sale of SANTEX textile machines will be undertaken in future by an own, and also physically, integrated sales organization with the name Santex Group International AG, by Santex in Tobel (CH).

The associates of the office in Pfaffhausen / Zurich will place their expertise and experience at the disposal of the newly founded SWISSTEX MACHINERY INC., which will be headed by Uwe J. Sick, the hitherto Project and Sales Director of SANTEX AG, from January 1, 2007.

SWISSTEX MACHINERY will concentrate on complete projects in the textile finishing sector, with emphasis on the finishing of knitted fabrics ? in particular new plants, extensions and modernizations. As a whole, the package comprises production systems, electro- and pipework engineering, infrastructure, building services, automatization, technology and process engineering, plant maintenance and logistics. For this, SWISSTEX MACHINERY INC. will be actively supported by a network of proven specialists.
