MORRISON PRE-ITMA ORDERS

Morrison Textile Machinery Co., Fort Lawn, South Carolina received orders in the 2nd quarter for the following ranges:

Formosa Textile Company (Proprietary) Ltd., in Maseru, Lesotho, purchased 2 Compressive Shrinking Ranges, 1 Pad Steam Dye Range and 1 Denim Finishing Range to be installed in their new African plant which is scheduled to begin manufacturing the first quarter of 2004. Formosa is a new venture of Nien-Hsing, Taiwan, one of the world?s largest denim garment manufacturers.

Artistic Milliners, Karachi, Pakistan, purchased a 24 Rope Indigo Dye Range and Overdye Integrated Denim Finishing Range. Orders represent the 3rd expansion of Pakistan?s largest denim producer. These ranges are designed to meet current fashion demands of lighter fabric weights, fancy yarns, (slub, ring, etc.) and multiple dye classes. Ranges will include Morrison?s newly designed FCS system to monitor and control range process functions. The FCS will be displayed for the first time during ITMA.
