Scope of supply for this 24 rope range includes pre-dry dry cans, yarn dye steamer, Spectrum? boxes with interface to an FCS process controller. In addition to classical and darkest shade indigo, reactive and sulfur dyes will also be processed to meet today?s denim fashions and niche markets.

Morrison installed the first Indigo Rope Dye and Integrated Denim Finishing Range in Turkey over 20 years ago. From then until now, Rope Dyeing has proven to be the first choice for the highly innovative and fashion-driven Turkish denim market. The past fifteen months have demonstrated the longevity and demand for Morrison?s Indigo Rope Dyeing and Flexible Denim Finishing Ranges in this dynamic market. During this period, Morrison has booked 20 ranges. Isko Dokuma, in perhaps the world?s largest most recent expansion of denim production, purchased nine (9) ranges. Birlik Mensucat purchased our Rope Dye range, Pad Steam Dye Range and SANFOR Compressive Shrinking Range. Matesa purchased two (2) Spectrum Indigo Rope Dye Ranges and Flex Finish Integrated Ranges. Mematas has placed orders for a 24-Rope Dye Range and Flex Finish Denim Finishing Range. Sevikler installed a 24-Rope Range for production of up to 20 million meters of fashion denim.
