MORRISON AT ITMA 2003
We will be located in Hall 6 Stand DF6-7D and will exhibit the following:
Morrison?s Rubber Belt Unit is an integral part of its SANFOR Compressive Shrinking Ranges. The RBU features a centrifugally cast stainless steel shrinking drum with a maximum operating pressure of 8.96 bar (130 psi). This unique construction and high pressure design allows the industry?s highest processing speeds. MTMCo.?s SANFOR Systems incorporate the latest AC digital drives and intuitively designed color touch pad screens, which provide precise process and system control.
The Micro Saturator for high wet pick up chemical applications features a horizontal 3-roll nip assembly with a double immersion pan. Micro gap exit nip allows pick up to 140%. Low volume pan, combined with high chemical turn over, eliminates need for periodic titration. Chemical feed is demand based and adjusted via mass throughput calculation. The Micro Sat process parameters are displayed and controlled via digital screen operator interface. Application possibilities, in addition to typical scouring and bleaching, are quite broad. Process speeds of up to 250 meters per minute are possible.
Morrison?s newly designed SPECTRUM? Indigo Dye and Wash Boxes are based on 70 years experience and 200-plus installations. These innovative designs provide remarkable flexibility for today?s denim producer.
FCS Control System is designed to safeguard the dyeing process. The system continuously monitors critical recipe set points to insure interactive control. The FCS will include a color interactive touch screen and be available on all Morrison SPECTRUM? Indigo Dye Ranges.
