Osthoff-Senge announces new contract from Germany

In January 2003 a contract has been concluded between OSTHOFF-SENGE and CURT BAUER GmbH, Aue, well-known weaving and finishing company for damask and bed linen, for an Osthoff-Senge high efficiency singeing unit "Universal" type.

In January 2003 a contract has been concluded between OSTHOFF-SENGE GmbH & Co KG, Wuppertal, and CURT BAUER GmbH, Aue, well-known weaving and finishing company for damask and bed linen, for anOsthoff-Senge high efficiency singeing unit "Universal" type, width 3,40 m, equipped with a dedusting unit in front and behind the singer and an impregnating compartment, as well as fora second high-temperature jigger "TIRO 2000", having a roller width of 3,40 m, and equipped with the FUNKE speed and tension control.Among others the high variety of utilizability of the Osthoff Senge ?Universal? type, guaranteeing convincing results at low energy consumption, was the deciding factor for placing this order.

The good working results of the HT-Jig which has been installed approx. one year ago and which is giving full satisfaction has finally convinced Messrs.Bauer to decide in favour of the HT-Jig developped and built in cooperation by Funke/Thies.
The scope of delivery comprises as well the modification resp. adaption of the existing control system for three already existing atmospheric jiggers to the new control unit of the HT-Jig by Messrs. Funke.
