Spotlight on sustainable fibers

One of the key highlights of JEC World 2025 is the Natural Fibres Village, which underscores the increasing role of biobased and renewable materials in composite applications. With sustainability becoming a critical driver in the textile and composite industries, over 20 companies specializing in flax, hemp, and other natural fibers will present their latest innovations. Notable participants include ALLIANCE FOR EUROPEAN FLAX-LINEN & HEMP, BCOMP, ECO-TECHNILIN, and LIBECO, showcasing how these materials are shaping the future of eco-friendly production.

Empowering startups in composites and textiles

The Startup Village will be home to 50+ emerging companies, providing a platform for new ideas, networking, and investment opportunities. The JEC Composites Startup Booster, a renowned competition that has nurtured over 1,100 projects from 60+ countries since 2017, will take place during the event. Startups specializing in bioplastics, innovative fibers, and sustainable production methods will compete for the top spot, reinforcing the industry's commitment to greener and more efficient technologies.

Bridging education and industry needs

With composite and textile manufacturers seeking highly skilled professionals, the Campus Village will offer training and career opportunities in partnership with leading universities and research institutions such as the University of Bristol, CNRS, Politecnico di Milano, and EPFL. Through dedicated pitch sessions, students and professionals can engage with industry leaders and explore career prospects in the growing sector of advanced textiles and composites.

Boosting SME visibility

The SME Village will continue its mission to highlight the innovations of small and medium-sized enterprises, ensuring that agile, high-tech companies gain the visibility they deserve. Featuring exhibitors such as TEXFIRE TEXTILS TECNICS, SILTEXT, and YANARA TECHNOLOGIES, this space is dedicated to showcasing pioneering solutions in the composite and technical textiles markets.

Live demonstrations: A glimpse into the future

The Live Demonstration Area will offer hands-on showcases of composite parts manufacturing, featuring industry experts such as Aerovac-Composites One, Magnum Venus Products, Thermwood, McCLARIN, and Roctool. These sessions will provide attendees with an up-close look at the latest manufacturing technologies, including automated production processes and novel material applications.

As JEC World 2025 gears up for its most ambitious edition yet, the event promises to be an unmissable opportunity for professionals across the textile, composite, and advanced materials sectors to explore new technologies, sustainable practices, and business opportunities.

Join the future of composites & textiles

JEC World 2025 will take place from March 4-6 in Paris, bringing together innovators, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders.
