Ternua introduces new items and enhanced high-tech, sustainable fabrics into its FW 2024 trekking collection

Sustainable outdoor apparel brand, Ternua, whose logo is a whale’s tail, will present its FW 2024 Trekking line at ISPO. The line includes new items and enhanced fabrics with the best technology and, as always, a focus on sustainable innovation. 90% of its garments are made of Bluesign-certified fabrics, guaranteeing that they meet the highest sustainability and functionality standards and are committed to future generations, health, and safety. 100% of its apparel has PFC-free treatments, meaning it is free of substances harmful to the environment.

New items designed for this collection include high-performance garments to be worn with its Protech line, including Warmshell Pro technology (an improved Warmshell with greater thermal resistance, elasticity, and rebound, enhancing free movement and increasing resistance to pilling thanks to a dense exterior surface structure) and Warmshell High Loft (a fabric whose high loft structure offers excellent breathability in addition to exceptional thermal resistance and coziness). The Punjak, Lofter, and Kimo Hybrid Jacket are notably in this segment.

The Kusorock Pant for mountaineering and rock-climbing, with reinforced seat and knees for better resistance to wear in the most exposed areas was also included in this collection.

A few bestsellers were also revamped and enhanced. These include the Rager (with a new, more elastic Dryshell and a honeycomb structure in jacquard to offer better thermal resistance) and the Kustok pant, a top-of-the-range garment with Cordura, adding durability and wear resistance for high-intensity and high-friction activities.

With its FW 24 collection, Ternua has done multifaceted work in its most technical lines – Protech (mountaineering), Adrenalite (high-intensity activity), and Trekking – to put forward a set of garments that complement one another in terms of functionality, technicality, esthetic, and sustainability. Color was also in the spotlight as bright Alpine colors can be found throughout the collection.
