PFC-FREE Super DWR Fabric: Next-Level Water Resistance

ECOSENSOR™ proudly introduces its cutting-edge PFC-FREE Super DWR fabric, a game-changer in the world of water-resistant textiles. This innovative fabric matches the highest standards for durability and water repellency, surpassing the performance of conventional C0 fabric treatments. Through the utilization of this advanced C0 treatment technology, ECOSENSOR™ has achieved exceptional water resistance, making it the preferred choice for outdoor enthusiasts and performance-driven brands.

[TECH FACT] The Bundesmann Method has revealed an outstanding Rate 4 result for ECOSENSOR™'s PFC-FREE Super DWR fabric. Notably, this result is achieved even when subjected to a more challenging test method than the standard spray test (JIS L 1092 Rain test A - ISO9865). In addition, the fabric has undergone the JIS L 1092 Spray test (ISO4920), achieving an Rate 4 rating.

Asahi Kasei Advance to showcase high-performance non-woven and fibers at Techtextil 2026

Asahi Kasei Advance will present its portfolio of high-performance nonwovens, flame-retardant fabrics, and advanced textile and fiber solutions designed for various industries during its first-ever exhibition at Techtextil 2026. Techtextil is the leading international trade show for technical textiles and nonwovens, taking place from April 21-24, 2026, in Frankfurt, Germany. Brazil sets new cotton export record and consolidates global leadership

Brazil ended the 2025/26 commercial year with a new record, consolidating its position as the world’s largest cotton exporter. Between August 2025 and July 2026, the country shipped 3,373,941 tonnes of the fiber, 19% more than in the previous cycle, and reached record revenue of US$5.3 billion. The result represents a milestone in Brazil’s expansion in the international market and reinforces the country’s role as a strategic supplier to the global textile industry.
