ACG Kinna Automatic acquires EyeTech

ACG Kinna Automatic has acquired majority ownership of EyeTech, a young, Sweden-based company that sells machine Vision solutions for manufacturing, warehouse, and factory automation.

EyeTech utilizes 2D, 3D, and Deep Learning techniques for inspection, measuring, and robot guidance. Founded in 2019, EyeTech has quickly become a market leader in Sweden.

The consolidation is effective immediately as of October 2023, and EyeTech will now operate under the name ACG EyeTech as part of the ACG Group.

YKK invests USD 150 million in new manufacturing facility in India

YKK Corporation has announced plans to construct a new manufacturing facility in India, reinforcing its long-term commitment to one of the world's fastest-growing textile and apparel production hubs. The new factory will be built at Origins by Mahindra in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and will become the third manufacturing site of YKK India Private Limited.
