FARE’ supplies to FIBERFIL of Italy one of the biggest staple fiber line starting from bottle flakes

In Spring 2012, at the plant site of FIBERFIL SpA in Casnigo (Bergamo, Italy), Farè SpA has successfully installed its new Polyester single step compact staple fiber line which has started up in May 2012 and it is supposed to be one the biggest in the world utilizing PET bottle flakes as raw material.

Thanks to its new installation, Farè  SpA  has strengthened its position for the construction and supply of staple fiber lines.FIBERFIL has increased its capability to sell high quality fiber, gaining a top position among the European suppliers of PET fibers.Therefore, FIBERFIL has now become one of the most important producers in the fibers market in Europe.

The multiple positions line with a throughput of approx. 2000 kg/h is producing from fine denier staple fiber and, because of its flexible configuration, the range of products is extended to heavy counts as well. To allow the production of all the ranges of fibers, a new continuous no-stop self-cleaning filtration system has been developed by Farè especially for this kind of raw material (PET flakes).
This new filtering system can be supplied also for existing lines in case an increase of the products quality or of the lines efficiency is required.
For this FIBERFIL line, as well as done in the recent years, special solutions have been utilized by Farè to grant the best quality of the product together with the aim to obtain important reduction of the energy costs.
