ITMA ASIA was successful for BRÜCKNER

As leading manufacturer of finishing systems for the textile industry BRÜCKNER this year again participated in the ITMA ASIA exhibition in Shanghai. The company looks back to a very successful show and really appreciate the numerous inquiries on a variety of our products. All visitors showed an active interest in their coating lines for technical textiles, glass fibre finishing lines, hotflues, relaxation dryers and the typical stenter frame.
BRÜCKNER is especially pleased about the very strong interest in the machines for the wool industry. In the first half of 2014 alone, they could deliver several multi-layer stenters to different customers in China who are active in the wool industry.

Multi-layer stenters are mostly used in the wool industry or where not much space is available. The BRÜCKNER VNE6 multi-layer stenter is especially designed for all woven fabrics made of wool, cashmere, pure new wool, alpaca etc. With a total of six fabric passages highest production speeds can be achieved on minimum space. The machine can be handled by one person since entry and exit are on the same side. Depending on the desired production speed the line can be supplied with two or three zones.

Gas, thermal oil or steam can be used as heating system but also combined heating systems are possible such as steam with additional electric heating. Compared to a single-layer stenter with only one fabric passage the multi-layer stenter uses with the same productivity clearly less thermal and also less electrical energy. The exhaust air of the upper and lower layers can be adjusted optionally via two separate exhaust air fans and the temperatures can be adjusted individually for each zone. Thus the fabric can be treated carefully and gently and gets a smooth touch.

BRÜCKNER says that their valued customer Shandong Nanshan Fabric & Garment Company, Ltd. is very satisfied with the performance of the recently installed multi-layer stenter type VNE6. With a yearly production of about 30 million metres, Nanshan is one of the biggest worsted woolen producers in China. It‘s products are exported to well-known companies all over the globe.

Another esteemed customer of BRÜCKNER in China, Shandong Jining Ruyi Woolen Textile Co. Ltd., is specialized in manufacturing and selling worsted woolen cloths and garments. The group is one of the worldwide leading textile companies holding more than 20 spinning, weaving and finishing plants.

In 2013, the Shandong Ruyi Group realised an annual turnover of more than 5 billion USD and employs nearly 40.000 employees worldwide. Main products of the Group are suitings and scarves.

In Europe, the Group is stakeholder in the Harris Tweed Weber „Carloway Mills“ in Scotland. Shandong Ruyi Group decided for a BRÜCKNER multi-layer stenter due to limited installation space and the demand for producing high-quality end products.
