FONG’S Bangladeshi Customer Day & Workshop “GREEN Innovative Dyeing & Finishing Technology”
It took place from Dec 27 to Dec 29, in Fong’s Shenzhen headquarter.The event has invited around 20 Bangladeshi guests, including seminars and factory tour.
FONG’S shares the latest technology and lead valuable site-visit tours in the factories
The activity was started by the opening speech given by Mr. Shahabuddin, Managing Director of Pacific Associates Ltd, FONG’S agent in Bangladesh. Mr Shahabuddin briefly explained the years’ working relationship among Pacific Associates and FONG’S, and then, Mr. Walter Leung, Sales Director of FONG’S National Engineering Co. Ltd., gave a detailed presentation on corporate updates. After the cheerful greeting, Mr. Gary Cheng, Area Sales Manager of FONG’S National Engineering Co. Ltd., led a factory tour in a 110k sq. metre land site allocated by various brands production plants of FONG'S National, Monfort Fong’s, Tycon Alloy and Goller, the respective person-in-charge of each base has given a detailed introduction to the guests as well.
After the site-visit, FONG’S technical team shared the latest technology of FONG’S, giving professional presentation on THEN AIRFLOW, TEC Series and ALLWIN.
Visit Fong’s Customers Factories to witness FONG’S success stories
Besides visiting FONG’S production base, visiting two china factories, Kam Hing Textile and Donghaipang Textile, were also part of the program. Bangladeshi guests were able to witness the success cases of FONG’S, THEN and Monfort Fong’s brand’s machines and system. The Managing Director of Donghaipang Mr. Li Zhiyong showcased his sophisticate factory with all the up-to-date automatic control system. Mr. Li was willing to share his valuable experience without hesitation.
“We have used FONG’S overflow machine, THEN AIRFLOW and Monfort Fong’s stenter range. We have also applied the control system of FONG’S Viewtex and THEN’s CHD chemical dispensing system. The reason we are using the full range of FONG’S machinery and system as the group able to provide one-stop service, avoiding the incompatible problem among hardware and software. Secondly, FONG’S provides comprehensive technical support and after-sales services, minimizing the debugging time. Thirdly, FONG’S provides all the materials and parts needed for the system, assuring a standard quality,” Mr. Li said.

With only “one supplier, one agent and one contact”, they hope their customers can gain a wide knowledge and vast information of the entire production chain. According to the feed back from customers, all of them would definitely keen to join this program again and appreciate FONG’S to arrange more technical seminars in future.

FONG’S rapid responses to emergency case and shows high-quality services
The originally scheduled arrival time of the flight was delayed from Dec 27 noon to waiting-for-further-notice due to thick fog. The guests were retained in the transit station in Kunming. FONG’S demonstrated efficient and high quality service during the period by closely tracking the latest flight arrangements until late at night and rapidly adjusting the activity schedule. Finally, our Bangladeshi guests have arrived FONG’S Shenzhen headquarter at noon on Dec 28 and the “condensed tour” was going to start.
