© 2022 Mimaki
Mimaki, has announced their third Global Innovation Days (19th – 21st October 2022), following the success of previous events. This collaborative virtual experience unites Mimaki’s regional offices to discuss trends across the different markets and the American, Asian, and European regions operated in by Mimaki, through a series of live and pre-recorded demonstrations, webinars, and round-table discussions. The programme of events will be led by experts from Mimaki Europe, Japan, USA and Australia.

Global Innovation Days to return for the third time (19th-21st October), reconnecting Mimaki regional offices, partners and customers across the globe

With a focus on addressing the queries and requirements across the many facets of the print industry, the event will see collaborations with the likes of FESPA from whom spokespeople will be attending to discuss the latest trends and innovations identified at FESPA this year. Moreover, there will be a glimpse to next year’s event and what people can expect to see.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to further explore the latest additions to Mimaki’s product portfolio. There will be demonstrations of the technologies and applications that they are able to create coming live from the Mimaki showroom in Amsterdam.

Mimaki will showcase its 330 series, including the JV330-160, CJV330-160 and TS330-1600. Furthermore, its full-colour capabilities of the 3DUJ-2207 3D printer, and its latest flatbed printer, the JFX600-2513. The JFX600-2513 flatbed printer boasts speeds thrice superior to that of its predecessor. Another highlight of the event will be a discussion held with leading print media and software vendors, to examine the current market trends from outside of the manufacturing perspective.

“Following the resounding success of our previous Global Innovation Days editions, we are delighted to be bringing it back for the third time. Even as tradeshows are coming back, digital events such as ours remain a great opportunity for those still unable to make travel arrangements, and those just keen to stay up to date with Mimaki and industry news,” comments Danna Drion, EMEA General Manager Marketing, Mimaki Europe.

“We like to emulate the feel of a proper show with Global Innovation Days, with a variety of panels hosted by well-known and engaging industry experts, along with thorough product demos from our trusted Product Managers and engineers, aimed at guiding those interested through the ever-changing landscape of business in print.”

Not only does this see Mimaki aiding those unable to attend events, but also sees them staying ahead of the curve, with digital spaces and remote working now being utilised more than ever prior to the pandemic. The online event space is an important one that can and should be further developed by market leaders, as opposed to reverting to how things were before the pandemic.

While Mimaki Europe will only be contributing to the first two days of the event, there will also be plenty of other sessions led by the other Mimaki offices from around the globe, with the likes of the US team hosting a livestream from their stand at Printing United (Las Vegas, 19th-21st October).
