PLANIT 2000 - NOVAKUST SETS NEW STANDARDS FOR FINISHING FULLY-FASHIONED PARTS
With their Planit 2000, It can be used for finishing all yarn combinations, even yarns with Super-Wash treatment. The machine is also suitable for continuous finishing of fabric webs. With the aid of modern control technology (choice of Omron or Siemens PLC) it is possible to set all parameters of importance for finishing quality - e.g. top and bottom heat, steam dosage and temperature, decatizing roller contact pressure, production speed, uncurling spindle speed - precisely for the individual knitted fabric. This yields first-class finishing results (quality products). Once determined, the process data for each product can be stored in recipes and reused any time. This permits exact reproduction of a specific finishing result.
