Autoneum delivers solid HY 2025 results and confirms full-year guidance

Autoneum has posted a resilient performance for the first half of 2025, achieving revenue of CHF 1,171.6 million and an EBIT margin of 5.3% despite ongoing market volatility in the global automotive industry. The acquisition of a 70% stake in Jiangsu Huanyu Group contributed 4.6% inorganic growth, strengthening the Group’s presence in the key Chinese market.

Net result rose 12.7% to CHF 40.7 million, supported by an improved financial result. Free cash flow reached CHF 48.4 million, excluding one-off M&A-related cash outflows. Business performance varied by region, with North America showing strong margin gains, Asia benefiting from inorganic growth, and SAMEA delivering an outstanding EBIT margin of 14.7%.

Strategic initiatives under the Group’s “Level Up” strategy drove innovations such as the N-Join1 carpet, designed for full recyclability, and E-Fiber Flame Shields for EV safety. Autoneum was also recognized again as a Top Employer in Switzerland in 2025.

The company reaffirms its 2025 guidance of CHF 2.3–2.5 billion revenue, 5–6% EBIT margin, and free cash flow of around CHF 100 million, excluding M&A-related effects.
