Groz-Beckert at Igatex 2026

From October 15 to 18, 2026, Groz-Beckert will present its latest innovations and solutions across the product areas of Knitting, Weaving, Sewing and Spinning at Igatex in Pakistan (Hall 1, Booth A-1-08).

Knitting

In the Circular Knitting segment, Groz-Beckert will spotlight the LCmax™, the next generation of energy-saving needles. Featuring a pioneering wave-shaped shank geometry, the LCmax™ delivers optimized energy efficiency, reduced friction, and ease of handling — delivering maximum performance with minimal energy consumption.

For Flat Knitting, Groz-Beckert will present two specialized needle solutions:

  • SAN™ TT – developed for particularly tight loops and ideal for technical and medical textile applications.
  • SAN™ FY – engineered for processing uneven effect yarns, ensuring flawless fabric appearance even in demanding and complex designs.

In the Legwear segment, visitors can discover the dur™ needles, known for their extreme durability and precision in fine hosiery production.

For Warp Knitting, Groz-Beckert will showcase its expanding module range, setting new standards in precision, stability, and efficiency for loop formation.

Weaving

Groz-Beckert’s Weaving division will demonstrate how precision and reliability in accessories can elevate fabric production quality and efficiency.

The portfolio includes heald frames, healds, warp stop motions, drop wires, and reeds, all compatible with major weaving machines and tailored to the diverse requirements of fashion, home, and technical textiles. Special focus will be on Groz-Beckert reeds, valued for their technical precision and versatility. Whether in high-speed production or complex technical fabric manufacturing, these reeds ensure perfect thread guidance and flawless results.

Through a strong global network of subsidiaries and service stations, Groz-Beckert ensures quick delivery and responsive customer support worldwide.

Sewing

The Sewing product area will demonstrate how innovation, expertise and digitalization come together to make industrial sewing processes more efficient, reliable and future-ready. The Sewing product area will present a comprehensive portfolio of solutions – from high-performance sewing machine needles to smart digital services that support customers along the entire sewing process.

A key highlight will be the enhanced quality management system INH 2.0 (Ideal Needle Handling). With its fully digital workflow, INH 2.0 covers the entire needle lifecycle in a sewing facility, from needle booking and use in the production process through to recycling after use. Under the motto “Smart. Compliant. Digital.”, the system enables customers to bring greater transparency, safety and efficiency to the handling of sewing machine needles. Additional software components digitize and automate manual process steps, helping to optimize inventory management, plan needle changes systematically and integrate seamlessly into existing IT environments. INH 2.0 also ensures complete documentation of needle changes and needle breakages, supporting companies in meeting compliance requirements while increasing process reliability in production.

Visitors can also experience the video format “Groz-Beckert Sewing” and the digital tool “Needle Finder”. The compact explanatory videos share practical expert knowledge on industrial sewing and the optimal use of sewing machine needles. The Needle Finder, integrated into the Sewing customer portal, makes it easy to identify suitable needles for a wide range of seams and applications based on specific product examples.

In the field of sewing machine needles, Groz-Beckert will highlight its SANTM special application needles. Developed for demanding sewing processes, such as technical textiles, woven fabrics and very fine materials, these needles deliver dependable performance where precision and process stability are essential. Selected variants feature a GEBEDUR™ coating, providing effective wear protection, particularly in the point area. Another product highlight will be the new Litespeed™ needle. It was developed for technically demanding sewing applications with high heat generation, including high-speed sewing and the processing of dense or multi-layered materials. Its special geometry supports a stable sewing process, helping customers maintain consistent quality even under challenging production conditions.

Spinning

For the Spinning industry, Groz-Beckert introduces a maintenance-free cylinder wire designed for longer service life and reduced maintenance costs. Further innovations include enhanced revolving tops optimized for fine yarn processing and stationary flats featuring a robust new aluminum profile – ensuring precision, durability, and reliability in every stage of the spinning process.
