Rieter's highlights at the ITME 2012

Customer interest focused on the J 20 air-jet spinning machine, the new E 80 comber and the new SB-D 22 double-head draw frame without leveling. All machines demonstrated their performance at maximum operating speeds live on Stand J 14 in Hall 1.

With the presentation of all four end spinning systems, Rieter demonstrated its competence across the complete spinning process. Rieter is worldwide the only supplier of four spinning processes from one source. The J 20 air-jet spinning machine is being presented for the first time on the Indian market and is the crowd puller of the entire ITME Trade Fair.

The Comfort of Competence live on the Booth
This competence is symbolized on the booth with a comfortable armchair in which Rieter customers can make themselves comfortable and obtain an initial introduction to the quality of the Com4® yarn brands.

With its comprehensive technology know-how of all four spinning processes through to the textile end product, Rieter competently supports interested parties in the choice of the right spinning process. A large number of visitors to the exhibition are pleased to take advantage of this unique and informative counselling by Rieter technologists.

Great interest was also shown in the brand new E 80 comber which, thanks to the 43 % larger combing area than the preceding model and with 500 nips/min, achieves a production performance higher than 80 kg/h. The E 80 comber stands for an unsurpassed quality and a production level with maximum fiber yield.
The double-head SB-D 22 draw frame without leveling is a world premier. It combines high quality, 1 100 m/min production performance with a new innovative can changer for 1 000 mm cans in the renowned Rieter draw frame quality.
