Attendance applications for ITM 2018 exhibition are continuing at full speed

Being one of the most important meetings of the global textile industry, ITM 2018 International Textile Machinery Exhibition’s advantageous early attendance applications are continuing. To meet the most important manufacturers of textile technologies from Turkey and around the world, ITM 2018 Exhibition is going to be held at İstanbul Büyükçekmece Tüyap Fair and Congress Center on 14-17 April 2018.
Held between June 1st-4th 2016, 1200 firms exhibited their latest technologies ITM 2016 Exhibition. The fair, where 49.730 professionals visited from 77 countries, showed that it is the first and most important event in Turkey and the region by being organized in an area of 120.000 m2 and 13 halls.

ITM 2028 opens exhibitor registration following successful 2026 edition

Following the successful conclusion of ITM 2026, preparations for the next edition of the International Textile Machinery Exhibition are already underway. The organisers have officially opened exhibitor registration for ITM 2028, which will take place from June 13–17, 2028, at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul.

Commission clarifies rules on plastic bottles recycling

The European Commission today adopted new rules on recycling of single-use plastic beverage bottles made primarily of polyethylene terephthalate (PET bottles). These rules establish, for the first time, a methodology to calculate, verify and report chemically recycled content. This is part of the Commission’s December 2025 plastics package.
