Cinte Techtextil China: Leading nonwovens and technical textiles industry event opens with 436 suppliers

Acknowledging the challenging global market and economy, a recording-breaking number of 436 suppliers from 22 countries and regions, which is a 37.5% increase compared to 2010, will participate in this year’s fair, hoping to break into the robust Asian market, particularly, China.

High international participation rate with pavilions from Asia and Europe

The strong turnout of suppliers will showcase their latest products and technologies in 25,000 sqm of exhibition space, which is double in size compared to the last edition in 2010.

Technology and machinery suppliers – Andritz Kuesters (Germany), Shanghai Yin Science & Technology (China), Textest AG (Switzerland), Truetzschler Nonwovens (Germany), and Verdol (France).

Woven fabrics, laid webs, knitted fabrics and braidings producers – Concordia Textiles (Belgium), Intertape Polymer Group (Canada), and Shanghaitex Holding (China).

Nonwovens specialists – Avgol Nonwovens (Israel), and U.S. Pacific Nonwoven & Technical Textile Technology (Donguan) (China).

Coated textiles manufacturers – Beijing Textile Holdings (China), Sioen Coated Fabrics (Belgium), and Trelleborg (Italy).

Composites suppliers – Foshan Nanhai Wonderful (China) and Prochimir (France).

Bonding techniques and chemicals specialists – H.B. Fuller (USA), Bozzetto (Italy), and Synthomer Chemicals (Germany).

Fibres and yarns suppliers – Invista (USA), Kordsa Global (Turkey), and Lenzing (Austria).

In addition, country and regional pavilions from Belgium, Germany, India, Italy and Taiwan, plus a European Zone will offer regional expertise at the fair.

Quality fringe programme delivers the latest market news and industry trends

In accommodating the fast growing technical textiles business segment in China, the fair has organised an informative fringe programme offering valuable perspectives on the market potential in this region. This includes the special debut Innovation Showcase Area , which showcases products and technologies for six fast growing application sectors, including: Automotive (Mobiltech), Geotechnical and Construction (Geotech and Buildtech), Filtration and Separation, Medical (Medtech), Safety and Protection zone (Protech) and Structural Reinforcing Fabrics.

Meanwhile, an intensive seminar session led by top industry professionals will offer the latest updates in product, market and technological developments to all show participants.

Another key benefit is the crossover of buyers, suppliers and products across the industry supply chain with these concurrent events: Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics, Yarn Expo Autumn and the China International Knitting Trade Fair at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
